At the carnival grounds the troop will have drink containers. You will need to bring your own cup. A time sheet will track your hours worked, it will be the scout and adult responsibility to see Allison upon arrival to sign in and when leaving to sign out.
This is a fundraiser for the boys scout accounts. The money is divided at the end of carnival. For each scout and adult that works the total of both of their hours worked will go to that boys scout account.
The troop goal is to organize the carnival set up & break down so that we work the LEAST amount of hours possible. We need team work from everyone.
